Iris Malfetano is a Product Manager at Recidiviz. Previously, she led product strategy on Indeed’s Social Impact team, shipping features that helped justice-impacted and underserved job seekers overcome barriers to employment. Before moving into product management, she worked at the Aspen Institute’s Business & Society Program, partnering with educators and nonprofits to scale digital learning experiences focused on social impact. Iris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo and lives in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, where she is an avid skier and a proud New York Liberty fan.
