Hannah Smith is a Product Growth Lead at Recidiviz. She brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of social impact, civic technology, and human-centered design, most recently serving as Director of Growth at Exygy, where she led multi-line growth strategy across public-sector digital products and consulting initiatives. A dedicated fair chance hiring advocate, Hannah champions systems and teams that create pathways for opportunity and belonging, guiding organizations to align mission and execution with clarity, care, and momentum. Outside of work, Hannah volunteers inside prisons, facilitating programs that center restoration and human potential. She’s also an avid cook, baker and home herbalist, often experimenting with recipes and rituals that blend creativity and restoration. She enjoys long walks with her dog, Mariah, exploring new cities, and cultivating spaces that connect people, purpose, and joy.
