Fernando Urbina is the People Operations Generalist at Recidiviz. He previously served as Chief of Staff at Upsolve and Director of Outreach at ImmigrationHelp.org, two other social impact tech nonprofits. He earned his degree from Harvard University and was named to the Latino 30 Under 30 list in 2022 for his advocacy on immigrant rights and immigration reform. Outside of work, Fernando is a youth soccer coach and the Varsity Soccer Head Coach at a high school in Arizona.
