Feona Dong is a Data Analyst at Recidiviz. Prior to joining Recidiviz, Feona was a quantitative researcher at the Stanford Department of Sociology, where they co-designed, implemented and analyzed pilot policy programs for public defendants. They were also a barista for four years, a fact that they hold an inordinate amount of pride in. Outside of work, you can find Feona plateauing at bouldering, playing video games, or pestering old coworkers at their local coffee shop. Feona holds an MS in Computational Social Science and a BA in Public Policy, both from Stanford University.
