Julia Bromka
Julia Bromka is the Chief Administrative Officer at Recidiviz. She has spent her career helping high-growth social impact organizations navigate strategic growth, both leading internal teams and consulting on strategy. Formerly COO at FoodCorps, she was a leader there for eleven years, overseeing finance, people, and operations as they scaled up, implemented strategic pivots, and managed through federal funding challenges. Prior to FoodCorps, she advised high-growth nonprofits on securing the equity-capital they needed to scale at Nonprofit Finance Fund. Outside of work, she's likely cooking, finding and tackling home-improvement projects that may or may not be essential, or trying to win an argument against her 10-year-old son (but mostly losing). Julia holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BA from Bowdoin College.
