Arushi Gupta is a Policy Data Analyst at Recidiviz. Previously, she was the founding engineer at GridCARE, an energy infrastructure startup, where she designed and built tools to find underutilized energy in utility networks. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, people watching in the park, and live music. Arushi holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.
