Jenn Shaw is Director of Operations at Recidiviz. Previously, she was COO for The Movement Cooperative, a tech and data non-profit working to upgrade the data, technology, and technical capacity available to support nonprofits. Prior to her work at TMC, she was SVP & Chief of Staff at NYC Economic Development Corporation working collaboratively with leaders across anchor and emerging industries, government, academia, and philanthropy to ensure NYC as a global leader of tech-driven, inclusive, and innovative economic growth. Prior to her service with NYCEDC, Jenn oversaw the new business, community and marketing teams at Civic Hall, and founded Bella Minds, which equips mid-career women in all 50 states to learn, lead and create with technology, as well as ConBody, a prison reentry program fronting as NYC’s preeminent fitness studio. She is a quilter, doting plant mom, MINI Cooper enthusiast, walker, tea drinker, and a new Floridian.
