Amy Sananman is the NY State Partnership Director at Recidiviz. She most recently served as the Policy Director on a NYC mayoral race. With 30 years of NYC public service leadership, Amy served as Chief Strategy Officer at United Way NYC, held various senior positions at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice and founded and led Groundswell, a NYC youth social justice arts organization. She holds a Masters in Public Policy from UC Berkeley and a bachelors in Political Science from Barnard College. She is a dog-lover, late-life surfer and long-time resident of Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
