Maddy is the Strategic Communications Lead at Recidiviz. She has led communications for public- and privately-funded initiatives in economic mobility, workforce development, and education, including a $25 million state workforce program to help learners study high-priority career pathways. Maddy firmly believes in communications and storytelling that center people to grow impact. She lives in Richmond, VA, where she enjoys hiking and biking along the James River and tries not to watch too much reality TV. Maddy has a BA in Politics from Princeton University.
