Lydia Masri is an Implementation Engineer at Recidiviz. She previously worked as a Software Developer and Data Engineer at Bank of America. While there, she worked mainly on automating complex processes into pipelines that drastically cut down time spent by bankers and sales teams. She studied at Elon University and received a B.A. in Computer Science with minors in Data Science and Business Administration. Her free time is generally spent reading, painting, speed-walking, eating, or pestering her cat.
A diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is essential to our mission. People come to Recidiviz to contribute to an urgent cause, and to work alongside incredible coworkers who care as much as they do. To ensure that we’re building intentional products and amplifying the work of others in the reform ecosystem, we are committed to fostering a diverse team that reflects the people we serve.
We combine the efficiency of a tech company with the heart of a non-profit. Recidiviz began as a volunteer project at Google and has since grown into one of the brightest, kindest teams that civic tech has to offer. Our north star: safely and fairly shrinking the criminal justice system.
