Kirtana is a Senior Product Manager at Recidiviz, where she leads AI products for staff and helps shape how Recidiviz deploys AI responsibly across its products. Her earlier experience as a Product Manager on pandemic response technology for the State of Michigan shaped her passion for building social impact tools for government agencies. Outside of work, Kirtana serves on nonprofit boards and mentors low-income high school students. She's often found drinking (and making) matcha lattes, dancing with her dance team in NYC, and running through Central Park. Kirtana holds a dual degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
