No, the app can be adapted to gather and transmit data to and from other platforms and tools. We have extensive experience integrating with a wide range of OMSes and other software used to manage sentences and facilities
How can I trust the plain-language descriptions to be correct?

The most important part of making policies easier to understand is making sure they remain accurate. We look closely at policies, talk to the people implementing them, and then review every single word with your agency. Any translation undergoes similar verification.
