Terry Tsai is a Software Engineer at Recidiviz. Previously, he was developing team productivity software at Ginger Labs. Prior to that, he was building electric vehicle-sharing services to augment urban transportation at Scoot and Bird. In his free time, Terry enjoys working on photography projects, playing the piano, and occasionally writing poems. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
