Sarah Fears

Sarah is the Development Manager at Recidiviz. Previously, she was the Assistant Director of Student Philanthropy at The Penn Fund, managing the student donor participation and leadership giving efforts, acquiring 1,740 or more senior donors before the end of each fiscal year. Outside of work, she tutors with the Literacy Council of Norristown where she helps students with Adult Basic Education, ESOL, and High School Equivalency exams; mentors for Girls with Grit, a nonprofit whose mission is to equip young women from Philadelphia with the tools and support to advance their professional dreams; and serves as a board member for Young Involved Philadelphia, an organization that builds relationships and increases civic engagement to empower and connect young adults in Philadelphia. Sarah holds a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Political Science from DePauw University.
